How to Order Contact Lenses

Step 1: Find Your Contact Lenses

There are a few ways to find your lenses

Search by name: Type your lenses into the search bar at the top of the screen.
Browse all brands: Select the “Search All Contacts” button to view all brands, alphabetically.
Filter your search: Browse brand logos across the top or use the left-side filters to narrow by brand, manufacturer, or lens type.

Scroll down to find the lenses prescribed by your doctor. Double-check that you’ve selected the correct product — some brands use similar packaging for their Astigmatism and Multifocal versions.

Step 2: Place Your Order

Follow these steps to complete your order:

1. Select Quantity

Choose how many boxes you’d like to order: a 12-month supply (default), 6-month supply, or a single box. You can also adjust the quantity manually or order for just one eye if needed.

2. Enter Prescription Details

Enter your prescription details (sphere, power, base curve, diameter, etc.) as listed on the prescription from your doctor.:

3. Verify Your Prescription

You have a few options to help us with verification:

Upload your prescription: Upload a PDF, JPEG, or PNG (max size 5 MB) — or reply to a text message with a photo of your prescription.
Provide your doctor’s information: Search by doctor name or provide their practice info, and we’ll contact their office to confirm your prescription details.
Expired prescription? Take an online eye exam, right from home, in under 6 minutes.

Note: We cannot fulfill your order until your prescription is verified. Turnaround time begins once verification is complete.

4. Assign to a Patient

Select the patient on your account who will receive the lenses or add a new patient if needed.:

5. Enable Text Reordering (Optional)

Opt in to Text Reordering to reorder lenses with a simple “YES” text reply when your supply runs low — no logins or passwords needed. Check the “Enable Text Reordering” box, enter your mobile number, and accept the Terms & Conditions.:

Note: Text Reordering does not commit you to future purchases, it simply makes them effortless when you are ready to reorder.

6. Review and Checkout

Before checkout, review your order in the cart to confirm accuracy. Then, proceed to checkout and provide the following:

Shipping Address
Preferred Shipping Method (FedEx or USPS)
Payment Information — we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover

Note: Next-Day Shipping is available. With this option, we prioritize your order by immediately contacting your doctor. Your lenses ship the same day your prescription is verified by your eye care provider.

7. Order Confirmation

After completing checkout, you’ll see an Order Confirmation page where you can:

Confirm your email receipt
View next steps in your order process
Save or print a copy for your records
Opt in to communication preferences

8. Track Your Order

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Click the link anytime to monitor your shipment’s progress.:
