How to Place an Order:
Step 1: Find Your Contact Lenses
There are a few different methods you can use to select your lenses:
Type your lenses into the search bar at the top of the screen.
Select the “Search All Contacts” button to view all brands, alphabetically.
Browse the logos of different contact lens brands listed across the top, or search the left-hand side navigation to find your brand, manufacturer, or lens type.
Whichever path you choose, scroll down the page of results and select the contact lens brand your doctor has prescribed for you.
Be sure to confirm you’re looking at the correct lens style. Some brands have similar packaging for Astigmatism or Multifocal variations.
Step 2: Place Your Order
Follow these steps to complete your order:
Once you have chosen your lenses, simply select the quantity of boxes for your order and input your prescription details (sphere, power, base curve, diameter, etc.)
You can opt in for Text Reordering in this step. With Text Reordering you can reorder your contacts with a simple text reply. No need for log ins or passwords. To opt in, check the “Enable Text Reordering” box, provide phone number, and accept the Terms & Conditions. When you’ve finished, click “Continue”.
At this step, we will need to verify your prescription. You can either choose to upload the prescription yourself or you can choose for us to call your doctor. Just note, we cannot fulfill your order until your prescription is verified. If you are uploading your prescription, we accept PDF, JPEG, or PNG formats, with a maximum file size of 5MB. Once your prescription upload/preference has been provided, select “Continue”.
Next, we need to match your order to a patient. Select the patient who will be receiving the lenses, or add a new patient. Select “Continue”.
Review the order details in your cart. If the order looks accurate, select “Continue”.
The next step will be inputting your shipping address, your preferred shipping method, and payment information. We use FedEx or USPS for shipping methods, and accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Once complete, click “Pay”.
You will be directed to your Order Confirmation page, where you can save or print a copy of the receipt for your records.
You can easily track your order at any time by clicking the on the link provided in your order shipped email.
