Here’s What to Do to Receive Credit for Your Contact Lens Return

  • To return your contact lenses, please contact our Customer Service Team to request a return shipping label.

  • Next, you will receive an email with a link to print the shipping label. If you prefer, we can also mail a label to you—just let us know.

  • Make sure to package your contact lenses securely to ensure they arrive safely. Attach the label and drop off the package at your preferred UPS location.

  • Once we receive your contact lens return, we will inspect the shipment and issue the applicable credit to your original payment method.

Walmart retains the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time. Free returns offer only valid for residents of the contiguous U.S. Some credit cards may take up to 10 days for a credit to show on your account. Please look for the refund line item before contacting us. Walmart Contacts does not charge restocking or service fees. If you are unable to print a return label, please contact us and we will mail you a return label.
